Karel Hynek Macha
He was a brilliant Czech poet and the main representative of Czech Romanticism. He was also an actor in the Kajetan theater, a major admirer of the ideas of the Big French Revolution and loved traveling, in particular to Czech
castles. He was quite unbalanced with a tragic disposition, and this emotional burden was reflected in his work. He died while extinguishing a fire, two days before his wedding.
