The Welschriesling (Ryzink Vlašský) is totally unrelated to the Riesling wine, it is mostly grown in Central and South-Eastern Europe. Its delicate and spicy bouquet reminds of lime-tree blossoms, younger
harvests have green apple undertones. It offers a delicious, extractive taste with a slight touch of pepper. For its harmonious nose it is best served with simple fish and light meat dishes.
