Traditional sauces served with beef
These are three utterly differently flavored variations of beef-based dishes with dumpling accompaniment. The tomato sauce (Rajská) is made of tomatoes. The main ingredients in the white dill sauce (koprova) are cream,
flour, and dill. It is said that the koprova sauce divides the Czech nation in two, those who love it and those who hate it. The last sauce is horseradish-based. Here again, it is most often served with dumplings.
