A house of superb quality called “at the Mysliks” which used to belong to the noble family Myslík from Hiršov stands on the corner of the streets Spálená and Žitná. Following the unfortunate Battle on the White Mountain the Myslik family was forced to flee the country and it was unable to bear along all of its great silver fortune for the times were too cruel. The oldest member of the family decided to melt all of the silver above a flaming fire and he poured it into a clay mold shaped as a fish. He then walled the fish mold into a secret
hiding place in a wall. The Myslík family was never able to return to Bohemia and thus the forgotten fish continued to rest in the wall. Following some time the town magistrate suggested to the present owner that the old house should be turned down and replaced by a new one. The owner was too poor for such expenses so the magistrate sent their own workers to do the work. As the demolition was taking place the silver treasure was recovered. The poor owner became a rich man in one day and had a new house built from his fish silver fortune.
